Refund policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

For personalized items, we are unable to offer refunds due to the custom nature of the product unless there is a defect or error on our part.
